  • 18 years professional experience.
  • 15 years practice exclusively in business valuations.
  • Experienced in valuation of private and public entities.

About the firm

  • We serve clients throughout Ontario, primarily in the GTA and the near North, many with international interests.
  • Our particular focus is providing services where the purpose of the valuation is succession planning, corporate reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, bank financing, and employee stock option plans. We also perform valuations for financial reporting purposes, including purchase price allocations, goodwill impairment testing, and valuation of specific investments or intellectual property.
  • 95% of our clients are referrals from existing clients or other professional firms (accountants, corporate lawyers, other valuation firms, etc.).
  • Low overhead enables us to offer excellent service at competitive rates.
  • We are small but we are not isolated. We actively maintain our network of professional colleagues to ensure our clients receive the right service from the right professional.
